I'm missing courses...

First, thank you for being an adskills customer! We greatly value our customers and want you to access your course purchases.

Your course may be "missing" if it was moved to our "legacy" course archive. Any course that was published more than 2 years ago becomes a "legacy" course and goes into the adskills archive.

To receive access to a legacy adskills courses - simply send your receipt to support@byoupublishing.com and they'll send you a download link to access the archived files for that course.

Archived courses include any course purchased from 2016 - 2024.

If you recently purchased adskills and are missing access to a course or bonus, please send your receipt to support@byoupublishing.com and we'll update your access.

Our support team answers support emails Monday - Friday. If you submit a ticket over the weekend, it'll be responded to on Monday. Thank you for understanding.
