1. Is this a yearly subscription?

   Yes, the founders edition is a yearly subscription that provides agent updates and access to new agents as they are released. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will keep the agents published up until the time of cancellation, but will lose access to support, updates and additional agents released after your subscription is cancelled.

2. At the end of the year, what will the renewal price be and if we don't renew do we get to keep anything from this year or do we lose everything?

3. When you pay the $1395, you get the 9 agents now and as Justin adds more agents, you get access to the new agents as they become available?

   Yes, that is correct. You’re joining a yearly subscription that will release additional agents. The subscription cost also covers the cost of agent updates and support as the AI industry changes.

   
   

4. Does Justin offer parity pricing since I live outside the US?

   I’m sorry, we do not adjust the pricing based on location or currency. We do our best to ensure our pricing is fair value for everything you receive. Our goal with all pricing is that you'll be able to make your money back (and at least double it) through savings in time or in earnings. We feel this promotion is the best rate possible for comparable agents in the marketplace.

   
   

5. Will Justin be running a Black Friday special on his recent Building your first agent workshop for $149?

   We didn't want to confuse the offer by promoting agents and recordings so it is not currently available. However, recordings of past workshops will be available in the members area soon.

   
   

6. Can we build fully custom agents from scratch inside AgentSkills?

   The AgentSkills subscription gives you access to prebuilt agents. AgentSkills is not an agent builder. You will get a copy of the agent that you can move into your mindstudio account and then instructions on how to modify the agent for your needs.

   
   

7. Agent Architecture Transparency - Do we get visibility into how the agents are constructed — prompt structure, chain-of-thought configuration, multi-step reasoning, memory logic, task sequencing — so we can learn to build our own advanced agents? Or is the internal architecture abstracted away?

   When you subscribe, you get an exact copy of Justin's agents copied to your mindstudio account. From there, instructions will walk you through how to customize the prompts for your business. You see all prompts Justin used to create the agent. These prompts and agents are for your use only and can not be shared or sold to others.

   
   

8. Learning to Build Our Own Agents - Does the Founders Edition include training materials or workshops that teach how to build effective agents similar to Justin’s? If not, will agent-building workshops be included later or available separately?

   This purchase covers gets you access to prebuilt agents. We've included 3 training videos to get you started as well as a monthly agent building call with Justin.

   This subscription does not include future courses or workshops. Those would be purchased separately.

   
   

9. Scope of Agent Updates - The FAQ says we will receive new agents throughout the year. Does this include: New types of agents based on user requests, Updates to agent reasoning / frameworks, Additional agent templates for more advanced use cases

   
   

   Yes, the subscription covers new agents (typically chose based on requests from subscribers, but ultimately decided by Justin. It also includes updates to current agents as AI reasoning and frameworks develop.

   
   

10. Use Case Alignment - Our main need is accelerating creative strategy and performance execution, such as: Creative angles,  Hook development, Scriptwriting (UGC / DTC), Ad iteration plans, CRO recommendations, Media buying logic. Are there upcoming agents that specialize in these areas?

    Future agents are decided on by Justin and the subscribers of AgentSkills. We can not guarantee each of these angles, but we do have a list of requested agents with similar desires :)

    
    

11. Ownership After Cancellation - From the FAQ, we understand that if we cancel we keep the agents published before cancellation.

    This membership gives you a link to copy Justin's agents from his mindstudio account to your mindstudio account. Once an agent is in your mindstudio account you own it - including any modifications you made to the agent.

    
    

    The subscription covers updates, support and future agents. The agents you copy into your account are yours to keep. You do not have rights to share or sell the agents to other accounts.

    
    

12. Black Friday Offer Urgency - The page mentions the Founders Edition discount at $1,395/year from $6,995/year and currently limited to the remaining 69 seats.  If we enroll now and cancel next year, the renewal stays at $1,395, correct?

    The price will remain the same while your subscription is active. Once you subscribe at the $1395 price, the renewal price is locked in at $1395.

    If a subscription is cancelled, you would not be able to restart it at the original (founders edition) price. You would need to start a new subscription at the active price at the time of subscription in the future. You would not be able to resubscribe at this price in the future.

    
    

13. Do you need a paid account/ subscription to Mindstudio as well to use these, or have to pay separately for credits used when using your agents?

    You need the smallest paid plan on MindStudio but Justin recommends the $60 or $100/mo plans to get the most value. Embedding agents on your website is the extra value. Not necessary but helpful.

    
    

    When you copy Justin's agents into your account there is also a very small cost for each use of the agents. This is not by Justin or by MindStudio, it’s how AI agents work. The models charge this cost (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc).

    
    

    But it is VERY minimal, like 8 - 15 cents each use. Most of these agents you will max use once per day, so less than $1/day.

    
    

14. The offer includes a year access to AdSkills. Will this access continue when I renew AgentSkills the following year, or is it strictly just the first year?

    The Adskills bonus is for 12 months access only for Founders Edition members (only available from 11/24-11/30). At the end of the year you can choose to maintain your adskills access or cancel.

    
    

    If you purchased Agent Skills after 11/30, the Adskills bonus was replaced with CloneU course and a live Build-A-Thon.

    
    

15. Is there any information on Building our own agents using the same software that Justin uses like he taught in the workshop a couple weeks ago?

    Yes, there are 3 bonus videos inside the members area that teach you AgentBuilding 101.

    
    

16. You explained that you prefer to sell your agents to customers as a one-off and not a subscription. Just curious, what happens if/when a customer has an issue or problem with their agent? Will you fix it for them? Will you charge them to fix it?

    There are some services that are installation only and some that are installation + maintenance and others that are maintenance only. I prefer to be an installation only seller, but I do recognize the value in recurring revenue of an installation + maintenance package. If that's what you want to provide, then yes you can offer maintenance services for your agent buyers.

    
    

17. Will our customers know that we used MindStudio to create their agents? Will they see the mindstudio domain, or can we use completely custom domains? And if the customers will know we use MindStudio, and we charge $5K per agent, won't they find out how inexpensive it is to create an agent?

    
    

    I need to answer this question in 2 parts:

    1. A quick reminder, that the prompts and agents in our package fall under copyright law and are only available for personal use. Not for resale. However, there is a resellers license available for an additional fee.

    
    

    2. When I build my agents for clients, I disclose to them ahead of time that I am using Mindstudio and I sell Mindstudio to them as a benefit because of the ease of use when I transfer ownership. My clients have ZERO desire to build agents themselves. Eventhough it only costs $60/month to build the agents in mindstudio, they would still rather pay for someone else to build them. My clients have more money than time.

    
    

18. Is it correct that purchasing AgentSkills allows us to only use your agents for our own personal use and not for customers? And, if that's true, do you have pricing if we want to sell your agents to other businesses?

    Yes, that is correct. Justin is working on the AgentSkills licensing agreement this week and will have an email out to anyone that is requesting it in the coming week. Please send a request to support@byoupublishing.com
