How do I get a refund?

If your purchase qualifies for a refund, simply send an email to our support team at support@byoupublishing.com within 30 days of your initial purchase. Please include a copy of your receipt and your entire purchase price will be promptly refunded.

We reply to all emails within 24 hours M-F. If you’re sending in a support ticket on a Saturday or Sunday, we'll respond on Monday and honor the date we receive your initial email request.
