How do I update my information?
This is an area where you can review all purchases, see invoices, as well as review current, completed, and cancelled subscriptions. You can even review your personal/billing information and update them.

This area gives you the ability to easily…
- View/print/download invoices for all of you past purchases in one place.
- Update your personal info (Address/email etc.)
- Update your billing info, either overall, or for specific active subscriptions, trials or split pay plans.
- Allows you to see easily, what subscriptions, one time products, trials, split pays etc that you have purchased from bYou Publishing
- Let’s you cancel trials or subscriptions directly from within this area.
- The area can also be accessed from a link in all of the receipts/invoices that are automatically sent out via ThriveCart at the time of purchase.
If you don't see a subscription in the customer hub, your purchase may have occurred before we moved to this platform. Please email support@byoupublishing.com and include the following information:
- Complete name
- The email address you used when you purchased
- Course or program you wish to cancel
