What the guarantee says
On the Launch Cohort sales page, the guarantee is stated this way:
You will get your first ever sale from cold paid traffic, or I'll refund every penny.
The page also explains that the training, feedback, AI agents, community, and personal hot seat reviews are provided to help participants succeed. The requirement is simple. Participants need to show up, actively participate, and do the work.
What is required to qualify
To qualify for the First Sale Guarantee, participants are expected to complete the required participation items and launch the campaign they built during the cohort.
There are two calls each week during the 6 week Launch Cohort. The first call of the week is instructional. The second call is for implementation help, homework support, and feedback to improve the campaign.

| Give the campaign a fair opportunity | You must allow the campaign to collect activity and apply meaningful optimization work before requesting the refund. |
The guarantee is not based on enrollment alone. It is based on active participation and implementation.
If the required work was completed, the campaign was launched, and the campaign did not generate a sale by the end of the cohort, we will review your request for guarantee eligibility.
What to send with your refund request
Before we process a refund through the First Sale Guarantee, we need to verify that the required work was completed and that the campaign had a fair opportunity to perform.
Please send the following items in one reply if possible:
- Your finalized campaign goal, customer persona, and empathy map.
- The live URL for the website or landing page you advertised.
- A short video or screenshots showing that conversion tracking is configured correctly. We do not need login access.
- An export or short video showing campaign data from launch to present. Please include impressions, clicks, conversions, and any lack of conversions.
- A short summary of the optimizations you have applied so far. This may include search term report review, negative keywords added, headline revisions, device level adjustments reviewed, or any other meaningful changes made to improve the campaign.
Screenshots, short videos, exports, and links are all acceptable as long as they clearly show the completed work and campaign activity.
