Reseller Rights FAQ Everything You Need to Know

This article answers the most common questions about reselling AgentSkills AI agents so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

What did I purchase exactly?

You purchased white-label reseller rights that allow you to brand, market, and sell our prebuilt AI agents to your own clients under your own business name. Can I sell the agents as my own brand?

Yes. You may fully rebrand the agents with your business name, logo, colors, and client-facing messaging. Your customers will never see AgentSkills.ai branding.

Do I keep the revenue from sales?

Yes. You keep 100% of the revenue from any agents or bundles you sell to end customers. (Please see price minimum requirements below.)

Is there a minimum price I must sell them for?

Yes. To protect the value of the ecosystem:

• Individual agents must not be sold for less than $295
• Bundles of two or more agents must not be sold for less than $2,995

Pricing below these thresholds is a violation of the license.

Can my customers resell the agents too?

No. Your customers receive usage rights only. They may not white-label, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the agents in any way.

Am I allowed to modify how the agents work?

You may apply surface-level personalization, such as:

• Branding and presentation
• Client-specific inputs or configurations
• Approved integrations

You may not modify, reverse-engineer, extract prompts, or create derivative agents from the base technology.

Who provides customer support?

You do.

• You are responsible for all onboarding, support, and communication with your customers
• We do not provide support directly to your end users

This allows you to package and position the agents as a complete solution under your brand.

How long do my reseller rights last?

Your reseller license remains active as long as your Build Club membership is active and in good standing. If the membership ends, reseller rights are automatically revoked.

What do I need to do to activate my reseller access?

To activate your rights:

Once signed, your reseller access is fully activated and you are cleared to sell.
